Lavender Farm
The Lavender Festival in Sequim Washington was apparently not as spectacular as usual due to the cold wet spring, but we thought it was wonderful. It was cool, cloudy and a little rainy, but that was sure better than the 90 degree temperatures they have had in the past. Each farm had it's own little mini festival so there was lots of fun, food and shopping.

Bryce Canyon Casey and Cathy on Queens Garden Trail
This proves we were really on the trail, you will have to take my word for it that we made it all the way down and back.

Bryce Canyon Along Queens Garden Trail
The best hike we took on this trip was to the bottom of the Queen's Garden Trail at Bryce Canyon. Now I know what the word awesome really means! The trail was just over 1.8 miles round trip so I'm obviously very proud of myself for doing the whole trail.
